How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days* and then shipped from New York City using USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail service. If you have not received your purchase within 7 business days, please contact us using the contact page form.

*In the case of a backorder, you will be notified with an updated timeline. You will be given the option to cancel your order at no charge.

How are the graphics applied to the apparel?
Graphics are applied to shirts using a heat transfer process. The artwork is screen printed onto special transfer paper using plastisol inks. This transfer is then applied to the garment using a heat transfer press.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store; you can choose to check out through PayPal as a guest.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the contact page form to arrange a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned items, Produce Section will refund your purchase price via PayPal within 7 days. Produce Section is not responsible for refunding shipping charges.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us using the contact page form to arrange an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. All shipping charges incurred in replacing the faulty item will be at Produce Section’s expense.
